Clearing your place- what it means to Sammy

Robbie was amazed to tell me this morning about how Sammy went and cleared his place after breakfast this morning, insisting that Robbie help him first with his spoon, then his bowl. Yes, I acknowledged, he is very good about putting his dishes in the sink. The funny part is, he extrapolates this out so that in his mind, when you are done with something, you throw it in the sink. I have been puzzled before to find my full water bottle, full sippies of milk, toy cars, toy blocks, mail, my keys...pretty much anything and everything has ended up in the sink at some point!
