Along with our posted rules and consequences, here's my summer reward plan. The big kids are out on the Slip 'n Slide with EMily since it's nap time for babies, so I'll show them the new "Mom & Pop Shop" when they come in! 1 poker chip = 1 "MP" (Mom & Pop's unit of currency)
